When they try, they get the message "Your account has been deleted as of (date). The reason for your suspension is: (reason)" with no indication of whether their portfolio stuff is gone or whether they can retrieve their login information again. It would be better if it was expanded to: "Your account has been deleted as of (date). The reason for your suspension is: (reason) You can contact the site administrator to have it reactivated." The "contact the site administrator" should be linked to the "Contact us" form. This bug is related to bug #1097564.
