Bug description:
When you are on /group/topics.php and see the "Last post", it has
quotation marks around the post. That is new in Mahara 1.7.
I don't think there should be quotation marks because nothing is
quoted, and there are no quotation marks anywhere else when a list of
posts is shown.
Does someone know why the quotation marks were added?
