Title:
Filter by auth method in "User search"

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
When an admin is on "User search", he can search for users of an
institution, but does not see which authentication method they use. If
you have multiple auth methods set up and you need to change users
from one to another, you would have to go into each account to find
out the auth method or you would need to do a DB query. It would be
better if it were possible to have the auth method displayed in one of
the columns and filter by it.

I would not put the auth method into the drop-down menu where you can
choose the institutions because then you would never be able to see
all users of one institution if you had multiple auth methods.
