Linking to electronic publications

Bug description:
When detailing electronic publications there is no way to auto-link to
this so that users can go straight to the publication. You can put the
URL in the description but it should be a separate linked field. See
http://mahara.ulcc.ac.uk/view/view.php?id=1 for an example of
publications.
This could be an extension of bug #547381 if you create an electronic
journal publication type, which would require this field.
