Clicking on journal entry title on tags.php page still takes one to the
edit page for the journal.
So are wanting to add in an artefact/blog/view/entry.php page to display one
entry?
Or leave the link to go to the edit page?

Bug description:
In Mahara 1.3, when clicking on a blog post in the tag result list,
you are taken to the edit mode of the blog post. I don't think that is
reasonable as you often just want to go to the blog post but not edit
it. It would be better to just link to the blog post instead of the
edit page for it.
