I suspect this may be due to Chrome not fetching the src for the iframe
after page has loaded for some reason

Bug description:
tested on Mahara 1.4.2
When an iFrame is used in a forum post, e.g. <iframe width="420"
height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/8Jx7gSueIZg";
frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
it is not displayed immediately upon saving of the post in Chrome /
Chromium. It's no problem in Firefox. It only shows up in Chrome once
you navigate away from the page and come back.
