Evonne fixed the problem as far as I can tell.

Title:
Editor too wide for fixed-width theme in Firefox on Ubuntu

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Mahara 1.5, e.g. the Primary School theme
Firefox 12 (but also earlier version)
  Ubuntu 11.04

In Firefox on Ubuntu, the tinyMCE editor window is too wide for a
fixed-width theme. It's fine in other browsers including Firefox in
  another operating system.

  cf. https://skitch.com/anitsirk/824e8/editor-window

Maybe all it takes to take out the width of the editor?
