The way we add images that have been uploaded into a journal entry isn't ideal as you first need to attach the image to the entry and only then do you see it in the drop-down menu in the custom TinyMCE. We've been discussing this issue elsewhere and it should be easier to include images into journal entries or even notes in an easier way then first having to attach them to the entry.

IMO this is a usability bug as users will expect it to be the same everywhere (I did!). Since feedback can include uploaded files, I'd favour use of the same image dialogue as the blog post in the feedback section to allow easier inclusion of inline images - perhaps there's a pedagogical reason for not doing so though?
