Idea from Gregor in today's dev meeting: The users will be able to add multiple addresses with a form (or maybe Pieform element) which will offer them a select/drop-down box with XY most used social websites so they will first select a social site/service and than in another textbox type/insert their personal address, e.g. http://twitter.com/johndoe or http://facebook.com/johndoe or http://en.linkedin.com/in/johndoe/
