Changes to fall under this bug number include things like: - padding/margin/width/height changes to make things cross browser consistent - z-index changes to position things correctly - color/style changes to make things consistent throughout site, eg 'button styles' - changing styles from inline 'style' tag to css stylesheet - changing styles from relying on tables to divs (and visa versa if needed) - fixing cascading style problems / reordering styles in stylesheets The bug is NOT for: - large changes to raw theme styles or changes to other themes. They should either be covered by their own functionality / UI changes bugs.
