* When users place the “Folder” block onto a page anywhere on the site,
they can decide whether the files and folders contained in the folder that they
want to make available, are sorted in ascending or descending order.
* also part of this patch is the ability to click on any
sub folder listed in the folder block and view that sub-folder on the
view/artefact.php page and still retain the sort order defined in the block.
===== How to test =====
1. CREATE of EDIT any portfolio page
2. SELECT a folder block found under the Media tab of the content chooser panel
and add it to the page
3. CONFIRM that a user can decide which folders they wish to make available on
the page
4. CONFIRM that a user can sort the files either by ascending or descending
order
5. CONFIRM that when a user chooses a different folder that the order is kept
the same
