Marking this bug invalid as no more info has come forth relating to the
problem experienced.
I have a feeling this problem got fixed by a patch that was fixing a
similar problem.
If this is not the case - please let me know and I'll reopen the bug

edit layout option doesn't work

Bug description:
Every time I try editing the layout to add columns or rows, I get an
error message pops up saying "Mahara: Site Unavailable"
