Unsubscribe via email does not confirm the action

Bug description:
When a user receives an email from a subscribed forum, the email contains an
unsubscribe link, eg.
https://mahara.org/interaction/forum/unsubscribe.php?forum=48&key=52asdfg3cea40
When opened, this link works correctly, but the page should confirm that the
action was successful.
ie display a message "You have been successfully unsubscribed from this forum"
This will mirror the behaviour of the subscribe button message "Forum
subscribed successfully"/"Forum unsubscribed successfully"
