could not change the column layout
Status in Mahara ePortfolio:

Bug description:
A tester Heath is getting this message when trying to change from one
basic layout option to another
'Could not change the column layout. Someone else may have been
editing the layout at the same time. Please try again later.'
They should not see this error in this case as one should not be able
to edit a basic (default) layout.
I've not been able to replicate on my test instance but will add this
bug in case it is a problem with existing data and upgrading.
