Textbox attachments not showing on htdocs/view/artefact.php page

Bug description:
I have a page that contains:
A textbox block where the textbox has attachments
- when I go to view page and click on the heading of the textbox block I get
taken to view artefact page and I see the content of the textbox but not the
attached files
A blogpost block where the blogpost has attachments
- when I go to view page and click on the heading of the blogpost block I get
to see both the content and the attached files
I should be able to see the attached files for the textbox on the view
artefact page.
