Delete buttons need a descriptive (and consistent) value

Bug description:
Currently delete buttons in the Journal (both when listing Journals
and listing entries in a Journal) have value="1". Delete buttons in
Administration -> Configure site -> Licenses have a null value (Note:
specifying the title attribute is not enough)
A proper value (such as "Delete") needs to be explicitly added for
each of these cases
Affects latest master
