Bug description:
I get this error:
[WAR] 7d (lib/errors.php:739) Failed to get a recordset: postgres7 error:
[-1: ERROR: null value in column "institution" violates not-null constraint]
in EXECUTE("INSERT INTO "site_content" ("name", "content", "ctime", "mtime",
"mauthor") VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?)")
Command was: INSERT INTO "site_content" ("name", "content", "ctime", "mtime",
"mauthor") VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?) and values was (uploadcopyright,,2014-02-13
07:48:34,2014-02-13 07:48:34,1)
The saving of the file needs to be saved against institution 'mahara'
now that the site_content table identifies things per institutions.
