Add new block not working on ipad

Bug description:
Testing on http://master-mahara.catalystdemo.net.nz/
Environment = Ipad IOS7
When editing a profile page on the ipad in landscape orientation
1. The content types tabs on the left hand side of the page have the text
overlapping the icons and 2 of the icons are outside of the field.
2. Add a new block here button on the page will not allow me to add content
and I get an error message (note I do have JavaScript turned on in the iPad's
Safari browser)
