Link to delete email address in Profile should have more descriptive

Bug description:
Currently the link to delete an email address in /artefact/internal/index.php
(under Profile Information) has the text "[x]". This is not descriptive enough
for screen reader users and should be changed to "delete" or ideally "delete
[email protected]"
Alternatively the current text could be kept and extra hidden information
could be added to the link.
Affects latest master
