Other changes have happened since this bug was reported and now reading
through the group members section gives '[username] profile picture'
then '[username]' so things are more clear about what is being accessed.
I feel this is now appropriately accessible so will mark this bug
invalid.

Group member names are read out multiple times by screen readers

Bug description:
When on a group's About page, navigating using a screen reader causes
the name of each group member (under the Members heading) to be read
out multiple times. This is partly because the profile picture has the
user's name as the alt text, but for some reason the first user is
read out three times.
The profile pictures in this list should be changed to have null alt
text (unless it stops the names from being read out entirely - see Bug
#1259746)
