Title:
"Hide" links in Plugin administration should be made more descriptive

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
In Administration -> Extensions -> Plugin administration there is a long list
of plugins, most of which have a "Hide" link next to them which disables the
plugin. This is confusing for screen reader users navigating using the Tab key,
since all the links appear to be the same.
These links (and the Configuration links on the same page) should be changed
to have descriptive hidden text like "Hide blocktype: comment/comment". I also
wonder whether it would make more sense to change the text to "Disable" rather
than "Hide" as to me, Hide implies that they will be hidden from the list of
plugins rather than actually disabled.
