Thus, you can't click the items that are not clickable. Evonne says, the z-index of the editor box should be set to 1. To replicate: 1. Change the menu setting to drop-down menu. 2. Create an institution if you don't already have one. 3. Go to /admin/users/institutionpages.php for that institution and hover over the main menu. You'll see that the lower items go behind the text area.
