Merge flowplayer 3.2.18 into mahara-flashplayer

Bug description:
The embedded media block uses a fork of Flowplayer to play videos. The
reason we use a fork is due to security bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1103748 . And once we made a
patch, the Flowplayer license required us to remove all Flowplayer
branding from it, so our fork includes that change as well.
Anyway, our fork is based on flowplayer version 3.2.16dev. The latest
release of flowplayer is 3.2.18. It would be good to merge in those
changes.
