resume pages with tinymce break responsive design on mobile

Bug description:
The Introduction and Interests tabs are not showing correctly on
mobile devices due to the higher up javascript errors out.
It errors out because the page wants to set a tinymce to be hidden
when it doesn't exist for a mobile device.
