Bug description:
Version: master (1.10) and 1.9
Browser: FF, Chromium
Platform: Ubuntu 12.04, Apache 2.2, Php5.3, PostgresSQL
Step to reproduce the bug:
1. Add a textbox into a page
2. In the textbox configure pop-up window, toggle the toolbars ON, click
'Source code' button
3. You should be able to edit the HTML code, but actually you can't
