Title: Test Security Bug Subscriptions (1) Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Invalid Bug description: It appears we may have some issues with Mahara security bug subscriptions. Last week a user registered https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1211758 , and no email went out to the Mahara Security team. So, after (I think) correcting the issue, I had Pete Bulmer create this bug to see if the Mahara Security team would be notified.
