Hi Anita, We could not replicate the problem in IE9 through 11 in Win7 to 8.1 in Mahara 1.10.1 on a local install and on demo.mahara.org.
Attached please find the page we used for this test. Can you please test on http://demo.mahara.org if you have the same problem there, you are welcome to use the page we tested with. If you encounter the same problem on demo.mahara.org, please attach the page you have used (Leap2A export), if it is different from ours.
