I don't think this block is so necessary anymore. If we reduce the image
size of the profile icons, it'll be more difficult to see who is who. We
now have a sort order for the block (latest and random) and we can
decide how many people to show (up to 100).

Bug description:
Bug #707860 deals with listing of group members. A suggestion was
made: "a simplified list like there is in Online users would be useful
too"
The simplified list could be a block that the group admin could put on
the group dashboard instead of the current block that has the large
icons.
