Title: Prevent email for Institution membership confirmation Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Triaged Bug description: Mahara 1.3 (but I can't see anywhere in the admin settings of the demo 1.4) where I can do this. Currently if I add new users via CSV to an institution they receive two emails - a new user account email and an institution membership confirmation email. The institution membership email is not relevant/appropriate for our users to receive and I want to prevent it sending - but I can find anywhere in the admin/config to switch it off. Can this be done? Can it be developed as a feature?
