Hi,
For this bug to be completed, we would need content for the help pages
for these parts.
I've found that to get the help icon showing (for profile page
/view/index.php), we need the file
htdocs/lang/en.utf8/help/pages/view/index.html which was missing (and
similar for the others).
Just need content for these pages and can submit a patch.

Version: 1.4.0
The Help (i) icon appears against all the items in the Content tab (eg
Profile, Files etc), but does not appear in any of the "Portfolio"
tabs (Pages, etc), but there does appear to be help for sub menus of
these tabs (ie, no help for Collections, but there is help for 'Edit
Title...' of a collection).
