When editing a webservices service group the page you are taken to
doesn't tell you which you are editing

Bug description:
Need to tidy this page up a bit
1) have the service group you are editing listed on the page
2) have the method name links be a popup rather than taking you to another
page as all they do is give you help info about what they are
3) maybe have the check boxes on the left or right rather than the middle of
the table - in other places we tend to have the checkboxes at the end of a row
rather than in the middle
