Provide link to objectionable artefact in notification

Bug description:
A typical notification for objectionable content on an artefact (not
the page!) is:
Objectionable content on "Profile view" in "8899[1].jpg" reported by
XXX.
If a user has 10 or even more photos on the profile page, it's very
difficult to find exactly the one in question. Sure, it should be
spotted easily as it contains objectionable content ;-), but if the
student has already taken down the image in the meantime, you could
search endlessly.
It would be good if the direct URL to the artefact were provided in
the notification as well besides the URL to the page that contains the
artefact.
