Paginate wall posts

Bug description:
The wall shows only 10 entries on the profile page, but when you go to
/blocktype/wall/wall.php you see all. That is quite DB intensive work.
Therefore, the posts should be paginated and you should be able to
select how many posts to see.
We don't really need the option to show only 10 because that's already
the default on the profile page anyway.
