Institution statistics page links are not fully accessible by screen
readers

Bug description:
When tabbing through the statistics page on
User tab:
- the 'Your average user...' links are meaningless - they need to have some
accessible text like 'User with most pages is' etc
- the table of data might need to be tabbed to
Pages tab:
- the links in the 'Most popular pages' table are meaningless - need to
indicate what the links are for and the ranking they represent. Eg Profile
page <accessible-hidden>accessed X times, ranking Y</accessible-hidden> |
<accessible-hidden>owned by</accessible-hidden> Test user
Content tab:
- the links in the 'Content statistics for the current week' table are
meaningless - need to indicate what the links are for and the modified/total
counts. Eg Artefact: Journal <accessible-hidden>modifed X times this week,
total count Y</accessible-hidden>
Historical data tab:
- No unaccessible links
