Ok this problem was fixed for 15.04 when we upgraded the Dwoo
Seen as the fix is small and that it can be annoying when deploying to
older sites I'll backport this fix to the 1.10 and 1.9 branches

Looks to be a race situation error where Dwoo tries to load certain things
that are not cached.
A refresh of the page makes the errors go away. So only a minor annoyance for
a task that should rarely be changed.
