When I add an "Image" block to a page (also goes for "Note" for example)
and put it on auto-retract, it displays a "Details" bar below but
doesn't show the content. When you unretract the block, the content sits
between the details bar and the title bar.
In Mahara prior to 15.10, there was a little "Details" icon in the title
bar. That had now moved to the bottom bar for Bootstrap which is OK, but
it should be retracted when the entire block is retracted.
