Thus, to be consistent, Collections and Plans should also have a WYSIWYG editor. Additionally, the task descriptions in a plan should also get the visual editor. At some point we had talked about allowing admins (if possible institution admins) to decide whether to allow a visual editor or not. I can't find such a setting right now, but thought it is somewhere.
