Hello dajan, I don't think SmartEvidence can replace the Booklet plugin as they serve different purposes to my knowledge. The booklet plugin is more of an artefact plugin where you can create additional items for a CV for example whereas SmartEvidence provides a possibility for working with competency frameworks and assessing / evaluating / giving feedback to authors with that.
