Public bug reported:
The upgrade fails due to two things.
1) It tries to install artefact.multirecipientnotification plugin but that
aretafact plugin does not exist anymore (line 3780)
- To fix make it install module.multirecipientnotification plugin instead
2) It then tries to drop the triggers / move the non existing table and at this
point upgrade dies.
- To fix make it check that the table exists before trying to move table from
artefact to module
