So, the block will show a list of collections & "solo pages" that don't belong to a collection. Pages that DO belong to a collection will not be listed (they'll be subsumed into their collection). To distinguish collections from views, we'll show the number of pages after the collection title, i.e. "Page title (X pages)" similar to the "Edit access" screen.
