allow statistics page csv files be generated for full results and not
just the currently visible ones

Bug description:
It is a bit tedious having to generate the csv for each pagination of
results.
Having the full results in the generated csv will mean the page will
load slower but it's not a highly frequented page and so the slowness
will not be that annoying.
