The functionality that was implemented contains the following:
- Creating and copying journals the regular way
- Authorship is always with the group as is the case for pages
- Journal and journal post creation / editing can be restricted based on the
"Page add and edit" permissions, for which we'll still need to change the
wording.

Can groups have a blog which all (or some) of the group members can
contribute to?
Or can blogs assigned to a View have permissions set so that more than
one person can add/edit blog posts?
