When a user is accepted into a group by whichever way, it would be good
if the group admin had the possibility to send an automated welcome
message if they so wished, e.g. to highlight the group's purpose /
mission, guidelines or just say "Welcome".
Since every group is different, this message would need to be
configurable on the group level (but could potentially also be added via
CSV though formatting for longer text would be trickier there).
