No longer appears to be a problem as of 15.10rc1. Now nothing gets
hidden behind the floating header.

Journal title is not visible when creating new entry

Bug description:
15.10dev bootstrapped
When you create a journal entry, you don't see it's title field. The
cursor focus is on the field, but it is hidden behind the static
header (see screenshot).
