Retractable images bloc doesn't work in 15.10dev

Bug description:
If you do the following on 15.10dev:
1/ Create a new portfolio page
2/ Add a block "images" on the page with some images
3/ Make that block retractable
4/ Save and display this page
Expected behaviour:
a/ When you click on the title of the Image block, it is expanded or retracted
b/ When you click on the green arrow, the Image block, it is expanded or
retracted
Actual behaviour
a/ When you click on the title of the Image block, it is expanded or
retracted --> OK
b/ When you click on the green arrow, the Image block, it is expanded or
retracted --> Nothing is done
Nota:
Using the green arrow works on other block types
