Change the default switchbox text to Yes/No

Bug description:
for 15.10
Most of our switchboxes contain an action verb and thus the text on
the switchboxes of "On/Off" can lead to confusion. It will be better
to change the default behavior to "Yes/No" instead and only use
"On/Off" in the cases where it is better to use them.
