User search formatting errors on minamised screen

Bug description:
I was testing with patch: https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/4869/ running
the Behat tests against it and I saw a design bug as it was running.
Granted this on a minimized screen, I've attached the screen shot so
you can see what page it's on and what exactly is occurring.
