When displayed the search box trunks the help text in it

Bug description:
When you go in
Administration->Extensions->Web services
and you click on Manage service users
You get a box after the label "Username:" (which is also too far from
the search box) with a search box
The help text in the search box is trunk and displays "Type in a sea"
instead of "Type in a search term".
If you click into the box and the outside the box without entering any
text, the help text is then displayed entirely.
