Bug description:
This problem was found when updating a client site:
PHP Fatal error: Class 'PluginArtefact' not found
when trying to create a new page - was due to the wysiwyg pieform file
trying to include artefact/file/lib.php in a non safe way
This can be avoided by using safe_require('artefact', 'file');
