My portfolios log in is at the bottom of mobile app

Bug description:
Hi,
On myportfilio.school.nz the mobile presentation of the log in is at
the bottom. So users cant see it . We need to make this at the top.
Also it is not obvious that they menu button is clickable. We may need
to come up with a way to make this more obvious
